CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD OR PayPal? Yes. When you add items to your cart you can conveniently check out with a major credit or debit card.? For PayPal click the PayPal link here or on the shop page, and enter your product items and we'll email you a custom checkout invoice for your order, to be reviewed and finalized by you in PayPal.
CAN I ORDER WITHOUT CREATING AN ACCOUNT? YES! We have guest checkout so feel free to shop as a guest without making an account. We will still need your email address and contact information but it’s only for purposes of your order and communicating with you. We promise not to SPAM you nor sell your info to third parties. Not a problem here!
HOW MUCH TO SHIP A POLISHING KIT? For a limited time we offer free shipping in the USA on all polish kits! And there’s no sales tax collected except in California. Check the shopping cart with your mailing address for more details & shipping rates outside USA.

CAN I SEE SHIPPING RATES IN MY SHOPPING CART BEFORE ORDERING? Yes. You will see both standard shipping and Priority Mail. Priority Mail is only within the USA. Before your order is complete you will have a chance to review the shipping cost & options. You can make any changes to your order by using View cart, edit, or Continue Shopping links from inside the checkout page. The order is not final until you "Submit" it. S/H rates are very low and only include a small handling fee to cover the cost of packing, packaging & insurance.
IS MY SHIPMENT TRACKED AND INSURED? Yes! Your package is always professionally packed and includes online tracking and insurance at no additional cost. We also provide tracking and insurance on non-USA orders (to a few countries online tracking is limited.)
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS… Great news! USPS now offers Canadian tracking as well as to other countries. We will ship your package to Canada with USPS, not UPS, to minimize any customs and border broker fees. USPS (Postal Service) is definitely the cheapest way to ship to Canada and does not typically charge the large border fees of UPS and FedEx
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES and APO addresses? Yes we do, no problem.
CAN YOU SHIP FEDEX? Yes, it costs a bit more so get in touch with us before placing your order through the contact form, or call us.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? We can provide tracking so you can see exact shipment progress, but in the USA your order normally arrives in just 2-4 days after we have shipped. We strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours from date of order.
NON-USA ORDERS ship by Airmail, and depending on your country's customs importing process you can expect to receive the parcel in about 7-14 days. Sometimes the international process is a bit faster or a bit longer. Your country may or may not charge tax on imports, please check locally. Some non-USA orders arrive in under one week.

I NEED EXPRESS SHIPPING… We can ship Express in the USA and outside the USA. Please contact us by email either before or the same day of your order. We’ll give you the cost for Express and options and can add that to your order if you choose.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, we ship and provide tracking to most countries, please check the drop-down box to see what countries are eligible or contact us.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 30 days, no problem! We almost never get returns because we believe the product does what we claim. However if you are not satisfied you may return your order to us within 30 days for a full refund, less any shipping & handling charges. Orders returned with missing components may be assessed a re-stock fee. NON-USA RETURNS: Please contact us for details. Returns are available for non-USA customers but note that any international shipping or import fees are non-refundable.
