USA ORDERS ship fast, normally within 24 hours Ex: You order on a Monday and it ships out Tuesday.  Arrival is 2-4 days w/standard shipping. Priority is 1-2 days faster. NOTE: We are often closed for shipping the last week of the year, but you can still place orders online.

CAN I PAY WITH A CREDIT CARD OR Amazon Pay? Yes. Conveniently check out with a major credit or debit card. We now take payments by Amazon, which has replaced PayPal on our site, this means you can buy anything on our website and securely checkout with your Amazon account, all without re-entering card data. Shop as a guest without making an account, and we simply need your email address and contact information but only for purposes of your shipment and communicating with you.

HOW MUCH TO SHIP A POLISHING KIT? Currently we offer free shipping in the USA on all polish kits! Sales tax, if any, depends on your US state. Check the shopping cart with your mailing address for more details & shipping rates outside USA.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? 30 days, no problem! We almost never get returns because we believe the product does what we claim. However if you are not satisfied you may return your order to us within 30 days for a full refund. Refunds are made back to your bank in the method of your original payment via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Orders returned with missing components may be assessed a re-stock fee. (In the rare event you sent us cash, check or money order by mail, your refund will be store credit). NON-USA RETURNS: Please contact us for details. Returns are available for non-USA customers but note that all international shipping costs and import fees are non-refundable.

IS COVID STILL AFFECTING SHIPPING AT ALL? In the USA and most countries, no issues. At the time of this writing, it's pretty minimal for most countries & shipments are still going through just fine. There are a few countries that have been temporarily removed from our shipping list, but you'll see this when you checkout. If your country is listed, we ship there.

CAN I SEE SHIPPING RATES IN MY SHOPPING CART BEFORE ORDERING? Yes. Select Free Shipping in USA to save. You will see both standard shipping and Priority Mail. Priority Mail is only within the USA. Before your order is complete you will have a chance to review the shipping cost & options. You can make any changes to your order by using View cart, edit, or Continue Shopping links from inside the checkout page. The order is not final until you "Submit" it. S/H rates are very low and only include a small handling fee to cover the cost of packing, packaging & insurance.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? Yes, we ship and provide tracking to most countries, please check the drop-down box to see what countries are eligible or contact us. More info under NON-USA Orders below.

IS MY SHIPMENT TRACKED AND INSURED? Yes! Your package is always professionally packed and includes online tracking and insurance to most countries at no additional cost. We also provide tracking and insurance on non-USA orders (to a few countries online tracking is limited.)

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS… Great news! USPS now offers Canadian tracking as well as to other countries. We will ship your package to Canada with USPS, not UPS, to minimize any customs and border broker fees. USPS (Postal Service) is definitely the cheapest way to ship to Canada and does not typically charge the large border fees of UPS and FedEx

CAN YOU SHIP TO MY WORK ADDRESS, PO BOXES or APO addresses? Yes we ship to PO Boxes and APO, no problem. If you request your work address the system still verifies your credit card billing address, so enter both in checkout. With address discrepancies we reserve the option to ship to your billing address.

CAN YOU SHIP FEDEX? In most cases yes, it costs a bit more so get in touch with us before placing your order through the contact form, provide the items you want and your mailing address & we will reply with FedEx quote. Your shipment may also take a day or two longer to ship and arrive.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? We can provide tracking so you can see exact shipment progress, but in the USA your order normally arrives in just 2-4 days after we have shipped. We strive to ship all orders within 24 business hours from date of order.

NON-USA ORDERS ship by Airmail, and depending on your country's customs importing process you can expect to receive the parcel in about 7-14 days. Sometimes the international process is a bit faster or a bit longer. Your country may or may not charge fees on imports, this is not anything we control so please check locally. Some non-USA orders arrive in under one week.
