CAN I SEE SHIPPING RATES IN MY SHOPPING CART Yes. Before your order is complete & your credit card is processed, you will have a chance to review the shipping cost & options. You can make any changes to your order by hitting the Edit, View cart, or Continue Shopping links from inside the checkout page. Shipping rates include a handling fee to cover the cost of packing & packaging.
IS MY SHIPMENT INSURED? Yes, your package is professionally packed and insured.
IF I AM OUTSIDE THE USA HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE? Standard shipping is by Airmail, and depending on your country's customs importing process you can expect to receive the parcel in about 7-14 days. Sometimes the process is a bit faster or a bit longer. Often orders arrive in less than a week after being shipped.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER? If you are in the USA, we can provide tracking data for your parcel, just ask if you have not received it in our confirmation email. Outside the USA, standard shipping cost covers shipments that normally go First Class USPS Air and have a customs ID#. This is a very reliable and very cost-effective way to ship worldwide. The customs number provides proof of shipment & some shipment information details, however it does not always provide online point-to-point tracking. If you need online point-to-point tracking, we recommend an Express upgrade, see above about Priority and Express shipping.
ANY COUNTRIES YOU DO NOT SHIP TO? We can ship anywhere in the world that you can receive a parcel, however we no longer ship to Brazil and Singapore with standard USPS shipping via credit card orders . We can still ship to Brazil and Singapore but we ask you upgrade to Express. This is due to lost parcels in customs that are not tracked by First Class mail in these countries. There may be other countries that fall into this category, please contact us with questions. You may upgrade to Express mail by contacting us with your credit card order & we will provide a rate to your location. Or you may mail or wire payment to us and we can ship to you any method you like. Express shipping is tracked and would be required for these countries.
DO MY PROMO ITEMS SHOW UP IN THE CHECKOUT OR CART? Free promotional orders will not show up in your shopping cart but will automatically be included with your order when shipped.
I AM OUTSIDE THE USA-CAN YOU MARK MY PACKAGE AS A "GIFT" TO REDUCE CUSTOMS FEES? As a business we must conform the laws of the United States Government when sending packages. This requires us to sign a customs form so items are typically marked as "merchandise". Your country may charge fees and duties in the normal importing process but these are normally mild. Check with your local customs office if you aren't sure. *S/H rates collected by us do not include any import duties your country may/may not collect from you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? We almost never get returns because the product does what we say it does. However if you are not satisfied you may return the product to us within 30 days for a full refund, less all shipping & handling charges. NON-USA CUSTOMERS: Due to international shipping charges & customs we do not recommend returns from outside the USA. If you are outside the US and choose to return an item, all duties & shipping charges are to be paid in advance by you. We also need to receive the parcel back no later than 60 days from your order date or cannot process a refund due to time limits on credit card transactions. (This timeframe includes any delay in-transit or customs which is rare). We can however offer you store credit on another order or product, less S/H.
