Trouble seeing your Shopping Cart when you click View Cart?
Internet Explorer is recommended but Firefox, Safari, & other browsers will work. If you are using Firefox or a tabbed browser like the newest Internet Explorer, your computer's internet settings may cause a new tab or window to open showing your shopping cart. If you are not seeing the cart or cannot return to the Order Page, just check any open browser windows at the screen bottom, or tabs on top in your browser and click there. Email us with any questions.
My cart shows up the first time I add something but not other times and I have to manually click a current tab or open window, why?
This is so you can add more than one thing to the cart without having to continually "look" in your shopping cart and come back to the order page. This is also browser dependent. If you are having trouble seeing the cart, its probably already open in another internet tab or window, just click there & you'll see everything you need.

Where do I enter my credit card info?
After you select Checkout or Proceed to Checkout you will be taken to a screen where you can pay by credit card or debit card. It is important you also select the correct country and "International" in the shipping drop-down. Canada residents see below.
How do I select shipping if I am outside the USA?
Canada residents make sure you select the option for "Int'l-Canada-Mexico)" as this rate is for residents of North America. Canada customers may select their province/state and look for the shipping option for Canada.
UK, Europe, Australia & ALL OTHERS: If you are outside North America, please select the "International" shipping option.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Yes, please click CONTACT US OR QUESTIONS link below, in the email pop-up form tell us your COUNTRY location and the items you want to order. We will send you a total and instructions on where to send your check or money order payment.
